new solution with maximum efficiency so your business
is able to enjoy the benefits from day one. Each Justscan
solution comes complete with remote access maintenance
software allowing our support team to efficiently access
your system to investigate any issues you might experience.
Telephone and dial-in support is available between the
hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding
Bank Holidays). Out of hours support is also provided
7 days a week for emergency calls. Nationwide equipment
cover is also available, ensuring that your solution is
up and running in the minimum time possible.

For all contract and warranty customers, there is a free
Support Helpdesk at 071 9144599 or lo-call 1890 587876.
For non contract and non warranty customers technical
labour charges are €90 per hour In-house, €110 per hour
On-site and €150 per hour Out of hours. All prices quoted
are ex Vat.
